Our typical build timeline is around 5 to 7 months from the time permits are approved. Weather, material availability, and change orders can affect that timing, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Yes. You’ll meet with our team to select flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint, and more. We’ll guide you through the process to make sure everything fits your vision and your budget.

You’re welcome to work with a Realtor, but it’s not required. If you do bring an agent, we offer a cooperating commission as part of our Realtor Partner Program.

Most buyers use a traditional mortgage, and many of our preferred lenders offer extended rate lock programs tailored for new construction loans. We’ll connect you with a lender who understands the process and can keep things moving.

Our lender partners offer extended rate lock options, giving you flexibility while your home is being built. Talk with your lender early in the process to understand your best options.

Yes, but we ask that you coordinate visits with your sales consultant for safety reasons. We’re happy to walk you through progress and answer questions at key stages of the build.

Every home includes a standard builder’s warranty covering workmanship, mechanical systems, and structural components in new construction. We’ll go over the full details with you during your New Home Demonstration.

Yes. We offer a variety of upgrades for kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, and more. Your sales consultant can help you explore your options during the selection phase.

Our relationship doesn’t end at closing. If anything comes up after move-in, our team is here to help. You’ll have contact info for support and a clear warranty process to follow.

Yes. We’re currently building in communities across Southern Indiana, including Mystic Falls, with more coming soon. Ask us about available lots and upcoming neighborhoods.
